Debian additionally installed packages

Following is a list of packages I installed additionally to the default. This started with the Debian/Sarge desktop setup and was later upgraded to Etch and Lenny. There may be packages in this list that are not on the machine anymore, or not even in the archives.. Further down are the package repositories and preferences listed.

Note: These were the preferences for Sarge and backports and testing, since plain Etch I don't have any preferences set.
